This weekend was spent putting together a contract with Mike Smith DBA Lost Elk Builders, our contractor and myself. Due to an increase in his work schedule Mark Cohen, our attorney, asked if it was possible for me to put the contract together for his review. I agreed and here I am.Although I have never met Mark in person, he has been very gracious and professional in getting the deeds prepared for our lot and transferred to our new company P. E. Investors, LLC. He also helped set up the LLC and got our TIN number.
