Things do not seem to be going very well for the last several days. There were many questions from the building inspector, who is just doing his job, but still frustrating for us, as we would like to break ground.Difficulty with getting a surveyor, some do not return phone calls, etc. Just another part of building.
Some of the quotes are not in line with the budget we had set, so rebidding is in order for some pieces of the puzzle. Probably par for the course.
So the PIONEER INN a local watering hole looks more inviting all the time. Even though I don't drink.
