We have finally picked the contractor that we feel would be the best for this project. It is Mike Smith from Lost Elk Builders. He is a local builder and has been in Nederland for a long time. We had hoped to find someone from the community that would be able to handle this project and feel very confident in this person and his company.
We would like to thank the people who spent so much time and effort bidding on this project. They were all very caring and thorough in their bids. They are: Juniper Associates, LLC, Navaraes Construction, and Paul Taylor .
Those that have web sites you can find their address on the left of this post. Please consider any one of them for your upcoming projects. They were all good and competitive.
