The surveyor set his transit up in the street to start placing the building on the lot. They will set the corners and the sides of the building as we are very close to our set back lines and want to be sure that we do not go over.
These stakes show the side of the building to the east, Dr Fixit's property is to the left. Note how wonderfully green the grasses are.

Our trusted surveyors, Chris and Bart. Note that the date today is June 6, 2008, but they still are bundled up in their hats and vests. They were there early this morning and I think that it warmed up later in the day. The day was very bright and windy. In the other pictures, you can almost see the grasses waving in the wind.
